All leaders meeting regarding possible District Merge

As you no doubt aware we have been discussing a potential merger between Bury & Ramsbottom District and Prestwich, Radcliffe & Whitefield District.

We want to make sure that you are all included in this decision process and as such we are holding two information sessions.

  • Face to face session on Sunday 25th January 2pm venue to be held at 44th ROBOT HQ, Wilson Hall, The Wylde, Bury, BL90LA
  • Teams meeting on Wednesday 28th January 7pm (details below)

At the meeting we will give you the positives and negatives of the current state of both Districts and then the positives and negatives of merging.

You will then be given your opportunity to complete a survey giving your opinion and any suggestions you may have (this will be sent out via email on 1st February).

I would like to state that the merge is NOT a definite and is still up for discussion.

We hope to see you all at one of the meetings where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions.

If you cannot attend either of the dates, don’t worry, I will be sending the PowerPoint presentation out at the same time as the survey at the start of February.
