Nearly 300 young people attended our new style St Georges Day Celebration this year which consisted of a walk starting with the Scouts from Greenmount Cricket Club, then onto Tottington High School to pick up the cubs and finally passing through Brandlesholme to collect the Beavers before we all walked into Burrs.
Once at Burrs the young people took part in a classic wide game which was followed by a Scouts Own.
The District is also delighted to award 111 Top awards to Young People across the District and over 62 Service Awards to Leaders
The Roll of Honour has been printed and distributed to all groups.
