Registration for new teams will close on 14th June and all teams must submit their information and pay for teams by 21st June.
The time has come again for this year’s event which will be held on Saturday 29th June 2024! As per last year the event is open to all Scout and Explorer Groups in the County.
Once again we will be making pre registration mandatory through our new shiny platform, which allows you to register your teams and their info a lot easier, and also make payment via the website.
We ask that you put in how many teams you are expecting to enter and you can always withdraw / change details of members / leaders and numbers up until you make payment.

Once on the portal you can register your teams as a reminder teams can have no more than 7 members (not including an adult leader). Scout Groups must be accompanied by a Scout DBS’d leader and Explorer Teams do not have to be accompanied by Explorer Leader however the explorer leaders are expected to be there on the day (you can join us as capturers!).

Price is £3 per young person (Leaders walk free)
Based on feedback from last year, the finishing point will change to the back of Peel Tower this year to avoid any potential issues with road safety, and we will walk down as a group to Lumb Carr Car Park where the young people will be collected.
